The Cumberland Plateau District in partnership with your School system is pleased to provide In-School Flu Vaccination Clinics again this year during the month of October 2017.
In order for your child to receive the Flu Vaccine, you should:
Complete and sign the parental consent form and return to the school by
Thursday, September 28, 2017.
 (forms will be sent home with the students Friday, September 22.)

We appreciate your help in keeping your child, your schools, and our communities healthy. If you have questions or Concerns, please contact the school nurse or your local health department.

Deposits for yearbooks
begin Tuesday, October 3rd, with order forms going home Monday, October 2nd. Sales will continue through Friday, October 13th. Full price is $30 and deposits are $20. Students can stop by the office in the morning to make payments. As we did last year, no additional yearbooks will be purchased, so those interested in getting one need to make payments by Friday, October 13th.
