Next week, February 11th —17th , is Virginia Kindness Week. Ridgeview Middle School has a
theme, a kindness act, and suggested type of dress planned for each day.

Monday, February 12th ,will be “Dreaming of a Kind World” day, with the kindness act “saying ‘Hello’ to one person you don’t know” and students get to wear pajamas.

Tuesday, February 13th , will be “We don’t hide 
from kindness” with the kindness act being, “Give a compliment to someone” and students are encouraged to wear camo.

Wednesday, February 14th , will be “We LOVE kindness” and the 
kindness act will be “pick up trash around the school” and students are encouraged to wear red or pink.
Thursday, February 15th , will be “Hats off to Kindness” and the kindness act will be
“Open the door for someone;” students will be allowed to wear hats or hoodies.

Friday, February 16th , will be “Team up for Kindness” and the kindness act will be “put a classmate’s
chair up for them.” Students are encouraged to wear Wolfpack or favorite sports team gear that

It is crucial that we are able to make contact with a parent/guardian of every student (Hybrid and Virtual). You may fill out the forms on-line and email back to us, print and send it to school with your child, or if we need to send you a paper copy let us know.

Ridgeview Middle School Quality Profile

                         Free Breakfast and Lunch for all Students
Ridgeview Middle will be providing free meals (breakfast and lunch) to all students. THE USDA EXTENDED FREE MEALS FOR ALL KIDS AGES 2-18 THROUGH DEC. 31, 2020 • Dickenson County Schools Nutrition Department is excited .  No further action is required by Parents/Guardians, and all children will be able to participate in this meal program without having to pay any fees or submit any meal applications.
Please Note:  If you wish for your child to purchase extra food items, please apply the appropriate funds to their meal account, as charges are not allowed in the School Nutrition Program.  You may use or send a prepayment for their account.
